As recommended earlier, would request you to think over increasing the time slot for Panel discussions. Also, it deserves a better time may be on first day or first half of the second day, rather than the last session on the last day, where, half of the delegates are already left.

Overall arrangements were excllent Only issue was the Venue was far away from the city which was to exhaustive at the end of the day.

The team had done a good job, the venue was perfect (at least for me!) in terms of traffic and parking (I took the NICE road). Wish there were parking inside the venue, especially when ample parking was available already inside. Even the parking outside was charged- one would have expected that the charges were included in the Rs.15,000 one pays to attend the event!
Food- the contractor could have been more careful, one could find hair in the rice dish and one of the deserts on the first day!!
Whatever said, the event was definitely a very useful and an insightful one.
