He has led his team in India to perform work in a manner that is consistent with the WD brand; both on creative design and branding as well as local execution of projects.

Prior to WD Partners, Rajesh has directed Retail Store Development programs & teams in the US for both GAP Inc & Victoria’s Secret. He believes that both these brands execute their retail businesses at the highest level of expertise and excellence in work practices; these have been valuable lessons which Rajesh continues to practice everyday as a leader and a manager.

Rajesh has both an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Mumbai as well as a Masters Degree in Architecture in the United States.
